This website describes what we do. It isn't an offer. A project starts only when we both sign a written agreement, which sets the scope, price and timing. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
03Who owns what

- You own what you paid for, as set out in your agreement. Third-party tools, open-source software and AI models stay under their own licenses.
- This website
- Its text, design, code, logos and graphics belong to Seroft, LLC or our licensors. You can view pages, share links and print them for your own reference. Please don't copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission.
04Examples and information
The demos, businesses and people on this site are made up, to show how our work could look. Results for your business will differ.
Information on this site is general. It isn't legal, financial or other professional advice for your situation.
05Using the site fairly
Please don't:
- Use the site to break the law.
- Try to access parts of the site you aren't meant to, or disrupt it.
- Send spam or malware, or try to get around our security check.
- Pretend to be someone else in our forms.
- Copy the site's content in bulk, including to train AI models, without our permission.
06What you send us
Messages and applications you send must be accurate and yours to share. Sending us an idea doesn't create a contract or a duty of confidentiality. If you want to share something sensitive, ask us first: we're happy to sign a confidentiality agreement before you do.

Links to other websites, such as Cal.com for booking, are there for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
08No promises about the site
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available, free of errors or complete.
